Shipping Expense: Sleeping Organic offers FREE ground or residential shipping in the contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for some items, for an additional fee.  To request an expedited or overnight shipping quote, please email with your name, shipping address and the product you wish to purchase.  Please note that larger packages may have limited shipment service options.

Accessories:  Shipping method varies depending on the accessory purchased; you will be updated with carrier and tracking number(s) as soon as the information is available.

Mattresses: Mattresses ship FEDEX ground and will be delivered to your doorstep with no signature required.  You can request signature required before Fedex picks up your order.  IF you request a signature, Fedex will attempt delivery for three consecutive business days.  After the 3rd attempt, Fedex will hold your order at the closest Fedex facility for 5 consecutive business days, where it will be available for pick up ONLY.  On the 6th business day, the order will be returned to sender.  If this occurs, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges.

KD Foundations:  KD or Knocked Down Foundations ship Fedex Ground and will be delivered to your doorstep with no signature required.  Assembly is required.

Mattress + Assembled Foundation/Adjustable Bases:  Sleeping Organic covers standard curbside delivery for mattress and ASSEMBLED foundation or adjustable base orders.  Mattress and Foundation orders are palletized and shipped via common freight carrier.  A delivery appointment is required and you will need to be present to receive and sign off on the pallet.  This service is basic meaning you will be responsible for moving your order from the curb into your home.  If a KD foundation is purchased, it may ship Fedex Ground.

*NOTE FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If you have any damage, problems or concerns, contact Sleeping Organic immediately.  Any visible damage needs to be reported at the time of delivery.  Please ask the driver to notate damage on the delivery receipt.  Specifically, have the driver call dispatch, get a claim number, and mark Received as Damaged on the delivery receipt.  This way you can inspect the shipment to better assess the extent of the damage, and a damage claim can be filed at a later date.

Delivery and Set Up: If you purchased an upgraded delivery option, your order will be shipped to a third party delivery company, which increases lead time.  Once the delivery company receives all components for your order, they request 24-48 hours to inspect the pieces and contact you to schedule a delivery.  If you purchased set-up, the delivery team will handle the labor and assembly, but you are responsible for guiding them through this process.  Please familiarize yourself with mattress assembly, and give us a call if you have any questions.

Delivery Dates: Sleeping Organic cannot guarantee any delivery dates.  Even if you purchase in home delivery and set up, your scheduled delivery date can change. The items in your order may deliver separately.
