Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on every order to the lower 48. Honest, transparent return policies — no fine print.
Free Shipping
Every order ships free to the contiguous United States. Mattresses ship uncompressed and unrolled — we never vacuum-seal our latex layers.
Carriers & Timelines
Mattresses
- 2–4 business days to ship
- FedEx Ground
- Total: typically 4–9 business days from order to delivery
Toppers, Bedding & Pillows
- Bedding and pillows ship in 1–2 business days; custom toppers in 2–4
- FedEx Ground or USPS
- Total: typically 3–9 business days from order to delivery
Adjustable Beds & Foundations
- Foundations ship in 2–4 business days; adjustable beds in 4–9
- LTL Freight, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground
- Total: typically 5–14 business days from order to delivery
Alaska & Hawaii: We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Checkout is limited to the contiguous United States.
Outside the US: We don’t currently ship to Canada, US Territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
Order Cancellations
Change your mind before your order ships? Just email or call. We’ll cancel and refund in full — no fee, no hassle.
Once an order has left our warehouse, you’ll be responsible for any reroute fees or return shipping costs.
Damaged or Wrong Item
We pack carefully, but freight happens. If your order arrives damaged or we ship the wrong item, that’s on us — we’ll cover everything.
Damaged on Arrival
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll cover replacement, reshipping, and any return — at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong size, firmness, or product, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost.
Returns
We approach returns differently than most mattress companies, because a mattress that “doesn’t feel right” doesn’t belong in a landfill. Here’s how it works by category.
Mattresses
Already Slept On It?
Once opened, mattresses are not returnable. Instead, our 365-Day Comfort Program lets you swap individual layers to dial in the perfect firmness — without sending the whole mattress back.
Still Sealed in the Box?
Changed your mind before opening? If your mattress is still sealed in its original packaging and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping.
Toppers
Already Opened?
Our 100-Day Topper Comfort Program lets you purchase one replacement topper at 30% off our lowest sale price within 100 days of delivery. Keep your original topper at no extra cost.
Still Sealed?
If your topper is still sealed in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping.
Foundations & Adjustable Beds
Final Sale
Foundations and adjustable beds are final sale — they’re built to work with any mattress brand, so there’s no fit issue to worry about. Please inspect all freight deliveries carefully before signing.
If yours arrives damaged or wrong, of course — we cover that under our damaged/wrong item policy above.
Bedding & Accessories
Unopened — 30-Day Returns
Unopened, unused bedding can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping.
Opened — No Returns
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used bedding.
Applies to: sheet sets, comforters, duvet covers, blankets, latex pillows, body pillows, wool pillows, specialty pillows, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, mattress encasements, wool toppers, mattress pads, topper covers, yoga mat, latex shred, and accessories.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items follow the same policies as regular-priced items. The Comfort Program applies to discounted mattresses and toppers. Foundations and adjustable beds remain final sale even when on promotion.
Defects & Warranty
Mattresses come with a 20-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature breakdown, and structural issues.
For defects on non-mattress items (e.g., sheets that tear in the first month, a protector that leaks), email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll replace defective items at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.
