Mattress Return Policy

We do not accept returns on open mattresses.   We DO accept returns on unopened, sealed mattresses within the first 30 nights after delivery (Customer is responsible for actual round trip shipping charges). We DO offer a 365 Night comfort program.  See terms and conditions below.  We offer the highest quality natural latex and materials.  Although rare, any quality related issues will be reviewed and replaced at no cost to you.

Within the first 365 Days additional layers  may be purchased at a highly discounted rate.

  • Up to 2 layers may be purchased
  • You keep your existing layer for any other use, free of charge.
  • Replacement layers may be purchased at an additional 30% off lowest sale price for the layer!

Topper Return Policy

We do not accept returns on open toppers.   We DO accept returns on unopened, sealed toppers (Customer is responsible for actual round trip shipping charges). We DO offer a 100 Night comfort program.  See terms and conditions below.  We offer the highest quality natural latex and materials.  Although rare, any quality related issues will be reviewed and replaced at no cost to you.   You are responsible for repackaging and drop off or pickup of the replacement.

100 Night Topper Comfort Program

Within the first 100 days, you may purchase one additional topper at a highly discounted rate. Please refer to the terms and conditions below:

  • You may purchase up to one layer.
  • You can keep your existing layer for any other use, free of charge.
  • Replacement toppers can be purchased at an additional 30% discount on the lowest sale price for the layer.

Foundation Returns & Furniture Return Policy

Wood Foundations,  Adjustable Foundations, Platform Beds, and Other furniture.

All wood foundations, adjustable beds and platform beds are non-refundable.  We are strict on this one!  Any freight delevered items are your responsibility to receive,  inspect for damage, and sign for.


Pillow and Accessory Returns

Unopened and unused bedding accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and drop off or pickup of item to shipping carrier.

We do NOT accept returns on opened or used bedding accessories due to regulations.  These accessories include;  sheets, mattress pads, mattress protectors, adjustable base accessories, pillows, pillow protectors, wool toppers, blankets, comforters and any other bedding.

 


Alaska and Hawaii

Free shipping and return programs apply to contiguous US only.  Alaska and HI and some rural areas are subject to actual shipping and return shipping costs..
