If the product purchased is manufactured by Sleeping Organic, then we will work directly with our clients to resolve claims. Pictures will be required for proof of damage. Sleeping Organic is not responsible for any shipping or freight charges associated with warranty replacements. Warranties are not transferable. Please refer to the individual product page or warranty card included with purchase for detailed warranty information. Claims must be filed by email to cs@sleepingorganic.com or by physical mail.

Filing Warranty Claims:
Claims must be filed by email to cs@sleepingorganic.com or by physical mail. When filing a claim please include your name, current address, and order number if available. Please include detailed description of your claim. In almost every case we will require photo evidence of the claim.
