On these plantations is where they actually pour and mold the latex in either 6-inch cores or 3-inch layers that will eventually find their way into your mattress.

The molds on these plantations are only in two sizes. King and Queen. There are no California King molds to our knowledge. So, manufacturers have to cut the width of a king size piece of latex and glue the cut piece to the bottom of the cut king to make a California King size. So, if you are buying a California King size latex mattress, it will be glued.

We use the cleanest and safest glue, but it is still glued.
