- Tumble dry on air-only cycle: no heat, air circulation only to fluff

What’s the difference between the Light, Regular, and Color Edition?
The Light has a 200gsm wool fill, ideal for warm sleepers and 3-season use. The Regular has a 530gsm fill for year-round comfort in all seasons. The Color Edition has the same 530gsm fill as the Regular but comes in Lavender, Green Tea, and Gold with a 300TC cover (vs. 400TC on the Light and Regular).
Are these comforters machine washable?
No. These wool comforters are NOT machine washable. Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water. Tumble dry on an air-only cycle (no heat). Air out in indirect sunlight regularly. We strongly recommend a duvet cover to keep the comforter clean.
Why choose wool over down or synthetic fill?
Merino wool naturally regulates temperature, wicking moisture away and releasing heat to keep you comfortable. Unlike down, wool is hypoallergenic and resists dust mites. Unlike polyester, wool is biodegradable, free of harmful chemicals, and produces zero off-gassing.
Is the wool organic?
Yes. Both the merino wool fill and the organic cotton sateen cover are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. The wool comes from farms following organic livestock practices and the cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMO seeds.
Will the comforter have a wool smell?
New wool products may have a faint natural scent when first unpackaged. This is normal and dissipates within a few days. Airing the comforter outdoors in shade for a day or two speeds up the process.
Do I need a duvet cover?
We strongly recommend one. Since these comforters cannot be machine washed, a duvet cover protects against spills and wear. The Light and Regular editions include corner loops to keep a duvet cover in place. The Color Edition does not have corner loops, it’s designed to be displayed on its own.
How long do merino wool comforters last?
With proper care, 7 or more years. Wool is naturally resilient and springs back to shape. Using a duvet cover, spot cleaning promptly, and air drying (no heat) are the keys to maximizing lifespan.
