20-Year Mattress Warranty
Every Sleeping Organic natural latex mattress is backed by a 20-year warranty: 2 years of full coverage, plus 18 years of prorated protection. Handcrafted in the USA with 100% natural latex to last for decades.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty is structured in two parts to give you peace of mind for years to come.
Years 1–2: Full Warranty
During the first two years from the date of purchase, Sleeping Organic will repair or replace your mattress at no charge (excluding transportation costs) if it is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship.
Years 3–20: Prorated Warranty
From year three through year twenty, Sleeping Organic will cover a percentage of the cost to repair or replace your mattress if a covered defect is found. Your cost is based on the original purchase price.

Coverage percentages are calculated from the full retail price of your mattress. Any current promotions or sales are then applied to your portion of the claim, so you receive today’s pricing on a warranty replacement.
All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in your natural latex mattress, not normal wear.
- Visible indentation greater than 1.25″ not caused by the foundation or bed platform
- Splitting or cracking of the latex material under normal usage and handling
- Defects in materials or workmanship of the mattress cover
Softening or lessening of the latex can occur during the normal break-in period. This is a natural characteristic of latex and does not indicate a defect.
Warranty Conditions
Please review the following conditions to keep your warranty valid.
- Your Natural Latex mattress is designed for use on a solid wood, non-spring, flat foundation or bed platform. Use of unapproved foundations or box spring units will void your warranty. Foundation must be supported by bed slats on a cross-based frame with a minimum of four legs on twin and full sizes, five on queens, and six on kings.
- This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to burning, cutting, tearing, moisture saturation, or unsanitary conditions.
- Sleeping Organic reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary condition.
- This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser in the Continental United States. Resale of your mattress is “as is” with no warranty implied or authorized.
- If a mattress cover is replaced, it will be the current style available and may differ in color or material from the original.
- Warranty does not cover blemishes, voids, or minor imperfections. Latex is a natural product, and minor imperfections do not affect performance or longevity.
- Covers are not machine washable or able to be dry cleaned.
This warranty and any implied warranties granted by law are limited to the number of years designated, commencing from the date of purchase. In no event shall Sleeping Organic be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Products Not Made by Sleeping Organic
For products not manufactured by Sleeping Organic, the manufacturer is responsible for all warranty issues. We will help facilitate dialogue between you and the manufacturer, but are not directly responsible for their warranty.
Please refer to the individual product page or warranty card included with purchase for detailed warranty information. Warranties are not transferable. Sleeping Organic is not responsible for shipping or freight charges associated with warranty replacements.
