Your Sleeping Organic mattress is built with individual latex layers inside a zip-off cover. If your mattress doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll help you swap layers to adjust the firmness, no need to return the whole mattress.

Sleep On It
Give your new mattress at least 30 nights. Natural latex has a brief break-in period, and your body needs time to adjust from your old mattress.

Talk to Us
If something isn’t right after 30 nights, call or email our sleep specialists. We’ll help diagnose whether a layer swap will fix it, whether too firm, too soft, or uneven support.

Swap Your Layers
Purchase up to two replacement layers within your first 365 days at a 30% discount off our lowest sale price. You keep the original layers at no extra cost.
Why Layer Swaps Instead of Returns?
Most mattress companies offer a “free return” trial, where you send back the whole mattress if you don’t like it. That means a perfectly good mattress ends up in a landfill or donation center. It’s wasteful, and it doesn’t actually solve the problem.
Our approach is different. Because every Sleeping Organic mattress is built with separate, swappable latex layers, we can adjust the feel without replacing the entire mattress. It’s better for you (dial in the exact firmness you want) and better for the planet (no mattress waste).
